Dr Anna Pham

Specialist GP I Founder

Dr Anna Pham credentials include a Bachelor of Science (Medicine), Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery from UNSW, and Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).

Her expertise covers Women’s Health, menopause management, skin cancer screening, weight loss management, IUD insertion and various cosmetic treatments, including anti-wrinkle injections, fillers and laser treatments.

Outside of her daily practice, Dr Anna is deeply committed to charitable activities. She funds outreach medical clinics in East Pokot, Kenya, and provides financial sponsorships to disadvantaged medical students at Western Sydney University (WSU). Her generosity extends to awarding the Top GP and Top Aboriginal Project Awards to graduating medical students from WSU. Dr Anna is the founder of “Doctors Helping Doctors Grow” (DHDG), a community initiative dedicated to improving financial literacy for medical professionals across Australia and New Zealand.

Dr Anna approaches patient care with compassion and thoroughness. She believes strongly in empowering patients through education, enabling them to take control of their own health and wellbeing.

Dr Sam Ghamrawi

GP Specialist & Proceduralist

Dr Sam is an accredited Skin Cancer GP with the Skin Cancer College Australasia, holding advanced training in skin cancer detection, diagnosis, dermoscopy, and management. His practice is dedicated to providing patients with expert, evidence-based skin cancer care, from comprehensive skin checks through to complex surgical treatment.

He holds two specialist fellowships—Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and Rural Generalist Fellowship (FRACGP-RG) – giving him extensive expertise across all areas of general practice, including chronic disease management, paediatric health, men’s health, women’s health, and procedural medicine.

With over 10 years of clinical experience, Dr Sam has developed a strong reputation as a procedural GP. He performs a broad range of procedures in the clinic, including skin cancer excisions, cyst and lipoma removal, advanced reconstructive surgery using flaps and skin grafts, vasectomy, infant circumcision, and other minor surgical procedures. His goal is to provide specialist-level procedural care in a comfortable community setting, allowing patients to access timely treatment without unnecessary delays.

Dr Sam believes that high-quality healthcare should be evidence-based, highly specialised, and easy to access. His qualifications also include a Master of International Public Health from the University of Sydney, a Diploma in Child Health from The Children’s Hospital at Westmead, accreditation as an Antenatal Shared Care Provider, and the FPAA National Certificate in Reproductive & Sexual Health.

Beyond clinical practice, Dr Sam has contributed to organisations including GPEx, GPRA, the Adelaide GP Council, and the Rural Doctors Workforce Agency (RDWA). He has also enjoyed mentoring the next generation of doctors through teaching roles at Flinders University and the University of Adelaide.

Outside medicine, Dr Sam enjoys travelling, exploring different cultures, and spending quality time with his family. He remains committed to continual learning and delivering exceptional care with humility, integrity, and genuine dedication to every patient.

Dr Joanne Loh

Specialist GP

A dedicated skin cancer and cosmetic doctor, Dr Joanne Loh is committed to prevention, early detection, and the precise surgical management of skin cancers. Her practice blends evidence‑based skin cancer medicine with advanced primary care dermatology, offering comprehensive care for pigmentation concerns, rosacea, and facial rejuvenation through tailored combination therapies – including medical lasers, energy‑based devices, and injectables.

A Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), Dr Joanne has completed extensive training in skin cancer medicine and is currently undertaking the Master of Medicine (Skin Cancer) at the University of Queensland, alongside the Graduate Certificate in Cosmetic Medicine through the CPCA. She has also completed further specialised training in cosmetic injectables and laser medicine, mentored by recognised leaders in the field.

Known for her thorough and meticulous approach, Dr Joanne is highly regarded for her diagnostic accuracy, surgical precision, and commitment to delivering natural cosmetic outcomes. She believes in empowering patients through education, prevention, and personalised care.

Narellan Medical + Skin is a private billing clinic, ensuring we can spend ample time with each patient without compromising on the quality of care provided. Fees are payable on the day of your consultation, and any applicable Medicare rebates are promptly processed on your behalf. We maintain affordable access to healthcare through bulk billing for children under the age of 15.
